Frequently Asked Questions About Vision Insurance:

Most vision plans cover routine eye exams and provide an allowance for glasses or contact lenses. Some plans also offer discounts on additional eyewear or other elective services like laser eye surgery.

If you have a non-routine medical condition or injury that affects your eyes, those services would normally be covered under your regular health insurance.

It depends on the plan. Most vision plans use provider networks. We are contracted for almost all of the major vision networks in the country. We are confident that one of our great vision products will enable you to keep your preferred eye doctors in-network.

Vision insurance plans are usually very affordable. Many plans cost between $10 and $25 per month per person depending on the benefits included. Reach out today if you would like an exact quote for your situation.

Most vision plans do not fully cover LASIK surgery. However, many plans offer discounts through partner providers.

We can review your needs in a phone call and show you exactly what benefits you could qualify for in regards to LASIK if you are considering it.

Most individual vision plans can be purchased at any time during the year. They are not subject to any kind of “Open Enrollment” restrictions like a traditional health insurance plan would be.

Each plan is a little different. Reach out and schedule a phone call so that we can review your eligibility to enroll in the available options.
